Dream Lottery Tickets
The total value of all prizes drawn is $2,008,500.00 including applicable taxes and freight (where applicable). A total of 283,564 Dream Lottery tickets will be available with a maximum of 272,764 tickets available for sale and 10,800 tickets won as prizes in the lottery Dream Lottery. Tickets are 2-Pack for $50, 8-Pack for $100, 22-Pack for $250, or 50-Pack for $500. All 2, 8, 22 or 50 packs must contain the same purchaser’s information with up to a maximum of three names and will be mailed to the primary ticket holder (the first name that appears on the ticket).
50/50 Tickets

The absolute minimum 50/50 prize drawn is $250,000.00. 50/50 tickets are 6-Pack for $20, 20-Pack for $40, or 60-Pack for $60. The total tickets available in the 50/50 draw will be unlimited. The total value of all prizes drawn is $388,000 including applicable taxes and freight (where applicable). Making a Difference Calendar tickets are 5-Pack for $25 or 20-Pack for $50 or 60-Pack for $75. The total tickets available in the Making a Difference Calendar will be 550,000. Tickets must contain the same purchaser’s information as the Dream Lottery ticket.
Making a Difference Calendar tickets can only be ordered in conjunction with Dream Lottery tickets. Making a Difference Calendar tickets will not be accepted without the purchase of an original Dream Lottery ticket order. Should an original Dream Lottery ticket order become invalid, all Making a Difference Calendar tickets associated with that original Dream Lottery ticket order will become invalid as a direct result.
Ticket Guidelines
All tickets are assigned in sequential order. Guidelines are as follows: one method of payment, if receiving a printed copy, only one envelope will be mailed containing all ticket numbers to an Ontario address. Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Ontario. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for, are eligible to be entered for the draws. In the event of an invalid cheque or credit card, tickets issued will be considered invalid. Official tickets will be delivered to the purchaser via email. For online and phone ticket orders where a valid email address is provided, official tickets will be provided by email. For all other ticket orders where a valid email address is provided, official tickets will be provided by email within 3-5 business days. Where no email address is provided, official tickets will be mailed. Ticket purchasers may request a printed copy of their tickets by calling Customer Service at 519-478-0738 or toll free 1-866-478-0738. Physical tickets will be mailed within 2-3 weeks. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure they have received their tickets before the draws commence. The name on the tickets cannot be changed once draws commence and tickets cannot be reimbursed once draws commence.
When purchasing tickets for Dream Lottery, you will have the option to subscribe to automatic purchases for future Dream Lotteries in support of London’s hospitals. Your subscription will begin with the Fall Dream Lottery. Prior to the launch of each new Dream Lottery, you will receive two email notifications advising you that your credit card will be charged. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If your credit card is declined, your raffle ticket purchase will not be processed, and your subscription will be automatically cancelled. To re-subscribe, you will need to complete the subscription process again and provide updated credit card information.

Dream Lottery Draw Order
The Free Ticket Draws will be drawn at approximately 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the office located at 747 Baseline Rd. E, London. 30 Free Ticket winners will be announced every hour from 8:00 a.m. through to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 24, 2026.
The Loyalty Draws will be drawn at approximately 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the office located at 747 Baseline Rd. E, London. If the winner of a Loyalty prize is subscribed as a Member at the time of the draw, they will be awarded an additional $1,000. This additional $1,000 will be added to the value of the Loyalty prize won, regardless of the original prize amount.

Prize Claim
Prizes will be awarded to the primary ticket holder (the first name that appears on the ticket). Any transfer of prizes must happen independently of the Dream Lottery. Prizes given as awarded, no substitutions except where cash equivalent is specified, and may not be exactly as shown or described. All values stated are retail at the time of tender, they are approximate and include applicable taxes and freight. Any prizes which are not claimed shall be secured for a period of six months from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported, and a charitable allocation will be approved by the licensing body.
The primary ticket purchaser will be notified electronically through email or through mail, as to what they have won and where/how to claim their prize(s). Major prize winners will be notified by phone.

Draw Guidelines
Regulations prohibit the following persons and their immediate families residing in the same household from purchasing a ticket: employees of the London Health Sciences Foundation, St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation, Children’s Health Foundation, employees of Ernst & Young Chartered Accountant, partners and employees of the ticket fulfillment service provider and its affiliates, members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to the Lottery, members of the Board of Directors of the following: London Health Sciences Foundation, London Health Sciences Centre, St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation, St. Joseph’s Health Care London, and Children’s Health Foundation. Employees of London Health Sciences Centre and St. Joseph’s Health Care London can purchase tickets, provided the above regulations do not apply.
